Individual production series
Our aim is to obtain the optimal solution for quick and reliable further processing through production series that are adapted specifically to each customer. With our expertise in adapting the production machines, we can react flexibly to the most diverse setup changes based on customer requirements.
Coating is applied roll to roll in widths of up to 2000 mm. For loose fabrics, we use conveyor belts and tensor frames to guide the web.
Contract and drying systems
Below is a selection of the modules for contract systems that we offer:
- Dipping in a bath with subsequent squeezing rolls
- Doctor blade contract, air blade, table blade
- Wiping system for particular fine and double-sided application of plastic coatings (in-house development)
- System for dot coating (screen printing)
- Reverse-roll coater for the application of adhesives
Depending on intended use, we offer the following drying systems (amongst others):
- Hot plate dryer
- Horizontal dryer with top and bottom air
- Vertical dryer
- Multi-level dryer and infrared field
